David and Barbara Edwards, North Webster, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary June 25, 2011.
David and the former Barbara Arford were married June 25, 1961, in Middletown, and soon after moved to Anderson.
Now retired, Dave formerly worked at Best Ever Dairy, Swift/Eckrich and Rice Ford, and Barb worked at Anderson Community School and Farm Service Agency.
He has been active in Lakeland Kiwanis for the past 15 years and she is involved with the Webster Lake Association.
They have three children: Mary (and spouse Greg) Wilson, Pendleton; Joyce (and spouse Steve) Staub, Fishers; and Chris Edwards, South Bend; and four grandchildren.
There will be a reception from 1 to 4 p.m. June 26 at the North Webster Community Center. They also plan to continue their celebration with a trip to Walt Disney World in the near future.
