David E. and Carmen K. Curtis, Warsaw, celebrated  their 40th wedding anniversary Feb. 26, 2012.

David and the former Carmen Grubbs were married Feb. 26, 1972, at  Penticostal Lighthouse Church, Warsaw, by the Rev. Albert Whitaker.

David has been a police officer for the Kosciusko County Sherrif’s Dept. for 38 years.

Carmen does not work outside of the home but spends many hours teaching in her church and has held a women’s Bible study in her home for more than 30 years.

The couple have four children: Jason (and spouse Ceci) Curtis, Colorado Springs, Colo.; Dawn (and spouse Doug) Armey and Davina Titus, all of Warsaw; and Justin (and spouse Laura) Curtis, Leesburg; and seven grandchildren.[[In-content Ad]]
