Law Enforcement Seeking New Information On Man Missing Since 2022

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office is resharing information about a missing person from October 2022 in hopes of receiving new information.
The investigation on the disappearance of Joseph Chaffins is ongoing and law enforcement continues to follow up on any and all tips or information, according to a provided release.
Chaffins was last seen Oct. 26, 2022, on Backwater Road in North Webster.

According to the original missing person flyer, Chaffins was born Aug. 8, 1996, and is now 28 years old. The white male has blue eyes and brown hair. He was 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighed 140 pounds as of the time of his disappearance.
His tattoos include “Chaffins” on the back of his left forearm, “Momma’s Boy” on the right side of his chest, red dog on his right hip and a cross on his left forearm.
