Clayton Howard, 89, Silver Lake, died at 1:28 p.m. Nov. 8, 2016, at Mason Healthcare, Warsaw. He was born July 28, 1927, in Gunlock, Ky., to Silas and Mona Prater Howard. On July 1, 1946, he married Elsie Neeley, who survives. He retired from Woodcraft Inc., North Manchester, in 2001 after 15 years. He formerly was employed at Norfolk & Western Rail Road for 12 years and White Metal, Warsaw, for 16 years.
