NORTH MANCHESTER — Herb Chinworth, 97, North Manchester, died May 3, 2017. He was born April 17, 1920, in Warsaw, to Augustus and Lockie Double Chinworth. He was married to Arlene Clara Wegener, who died in 2015. He graduated from Warsaw High School and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
