PIERCETON — Two neighbors who live along Ind. 13 in downtown Pierceton are hoping the town soon corrects storm sewer drainage problems that have caused havoc ever since the highway was repaved last fall.

He was married to Arlene Clara Wegener, who died in 2015. He graduated from Warsaw High School and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was promoted to lieutenant in 1945.
