Dr. Richard Eugene Jeffreys, Warsaw, passed away at 5:12 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne, at the age of 75. He was surrounded by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who sang and prayed as he was ushered from this life to the next.
