Ronald “Ron” Hoppas, 77, of San Marcos, Calif., passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018, at 10:25 a.m. in his home. He was born May 18, 1940, in Kosciusko County to Chester and Faye Deafenbaugh Hoppas.
