Tom Hayhurst is well qualified to be that replacement.Twelve years ago Mark Souder told us that he believed in "term limits" and that no one should serve in the House of Representatives for more than six consecutive two-year terms.Now he is asking us to elect him to a seventh term.I am not advocating term limits, but I am saying that 12 years has been long enough for Mr.Souder to represent us.
