Rees, 81, Logansport, passed away at 4:25 a.m. Monday, June 12, 2017, at Logansport Memorial Hospital.  Born May 4, 1936, in Deal, England, he was the son of the late Edward C. and Sarah Thomas Chapman and his adopted parents, Morgan and Gwenllian Davies Rees. On Aug. 6, 1996, he married Kay “Kasie” Cohagan.
