NORTH WEBSTER – Rex E. Lewis, 77, of Pierceton, died at 10:54 p.m.  July 29, 2011, in St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born May 27, 1934, in Lafayette, to Alfred E. and Vera E. Purdy Lewis. On March 29, 1958, he married Margene L. Dykhuizen, who died June 8, 1998. On Jan. 1, 2002, in Lafayette, he married L. Delores “Dee” Stone Grubbs, who survives.
