Lady Tigers Fall 4-3 To Northrop In Sectional Opener

After tying 2-2 in a meeting earlier this season, the Warsaw and Fort Wayne Northrop girls soccer teams had quite the stage to settle their differences Tuesday night: the opening round of IHSAA 3A Sectional 7. The game was incredibly entertaining with plenty of twists and turns, but the end result was the Bruins eliminating the host school Lady Tigers with a 4-3 win.

Warsaw Boys Soccer Opens Sectional Play With 3-1 Win

Three teams entered IHSAA 3A Boys Soccer Sectional 7 with 12 wins already this season, with two of the three facing off in the opening round on Monday night in the form of Warsaw taking on Columbia City. The Tigers showcased incredible poise and patient offense at Huntington North High School, coming away with a 3-1 win to advance to the semifinals.

YMCA Has Groundbreaking For Downtown Warsaw Facility

Eighty percent of Kosciusko YMCA’s membership lives north of U.S. 30. The new YMCA facility, that will be located in the former Madison Elementary School gymnasium, 575 W. Warsaw Narrowly Edges Wawasee In Sectional Opener

Warsaw and Wawasee, two of the top three boys tennis teams in the Northern Lakes Conference this fall, met once again on Thursday for the final time this season in the opening round of the IHSAA boys tennis sectional at Warsaw. After five grueling matches, the Tigers were able to escape with a narrow 3-2 victory.

Northridge Downs Warsaw For Conference Championship

On the final day of the regular season, the Warsaw and Northridge girls soccer teams met at the Tiger Soccer Complex to determine the Northern Lakes Conference champions. It was a grueling, hard fought game that saw the Lady Tigers try to crawl back from an early deficit, but in the end, it would be the Lady Raiders hoisting the conference crown after a 2-1 win.
