Sewer fees to rise, but below anticipated amount

Sewer fees will increase in Warsaw, but not as much as anticipated for the first phase of the city’s sewer project.

Douglas A. Hoffer, 81, Warsaw, passed away at 3:18 p.m. Nov. 19, 2017, in his residence. On Dec. 12, 1935, in Clunette, he was born to John and Treva M. Martz Hoffer. He was united in marriage on June 11, 1975, to Felicia “Phyllis” Ruvo in Warsaw; she survives.
