Council Hears Details Of 2nd Sewer Rate Hike

City officials unveiled details for a second sewer rate hike Monday night. The second rate increase, if approved, and combined with one last year, will result in about a 26 percent increase for the average residential customer, which is less than earlier estimates of 39 percent.
