On Oct. 22, 1946, she married George Davis Hatfield, who died Dec. 25, 2009. Surviving are a son, Chip (Paula) Gast, Warsaw; a daughter, Kim (Kent) Ring, Claypool; four grandchildren: Doug Yarian, Warsaw; Chad (Fayth) Silveus, Phoenix, Ariz.; Samira (Daniel) Myers, Lake Placid, Fla.; and Charissa (Matthew) Borden, Jupiter, Fla.; and three great-grandchildren: Nilsson, Violet and Aiden.
