Kilburn Wins Don Dicken Award

James S. “Jim” Shepherd

NORTH WEBSTER — James S. “Jim” Shepherd, 88, Warsaw, passed away Feb. 12, 2017, at his home.  He was born May 10, 1928, in Bippus, to George and Blanche Spicer Shepherd.  He graduated from Bippus High School and in 1952 from Indiana University in Bloomington with his B.A degree. He was a United States Navy veteran and was married Sept. 9, 1952, to Phyllis J. Wall, who preceded him Aug. 6, 2001.
