Beer will be dispensed Sunday without interference from local officers. Prosecuting Attorney Seth E. Rowdabaugh, when asked Saturday if he would file affidavits against persons selling beer on Sunday, replied that he would not. "Until I have received a copy and have read the law, no action will be taken."
