Winona Council Bonds For Grace Village

WINONA LAKE - The town council unanimously approved a resolution authorizing the issuance of up to $7.4 million in bonds for Grace Village Retirement Center. Grace Village will be solely responsible for the debt, with the town issuing the bonds to allow the retirement center to receive a lower interest rate. In other business, the council announced it will postpone its 7:30 a.m.Oct.26 meeting to Oct.27 at the same time. The council also announced the Halloween trick-or-treat times for the town will be Oct.30, 6 to 8 p.m.
