AKRON - The last time Ryleigh Carr suited up for Tony Stesiak's Rochester Zebras girls basketball team, it resulted in a 45-23 win over Culver on November 30.Since that point, Carr has been sidelined with a case of mononucleosis that landed the 5-foot-7 junior in the hospital. Carr, now fully recovered, made her return against backyard rival Valley Saturday night and saw three Vikings score in double digits as Valley won handily, 55-37. The Vikings' Kara Kramer overcame foul trouble to lead Valley with 17 points. Kramer scored nine points in a first quarter that saw the Vikings jump out to a 22-9 lead.Valley was balanced in the scoring department all evening, never so much as the opening quarter, with five different players putting points on the board for head coach Gary Teel. Teel and Co.experienced not only a balanced attack but also one that was consistent. "Tonight we shot the ball a lot better than we did against NorthWood," said Teel.
