Etna Street, #35, Etna Green, arrested on a civil warrant and theft.?Bond: $1,100.  • 11:21 a.m. Monday – Daniel James Kreider, 32, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450. • 12:26 p.m. Monday – Billy Taylor Schroll, 24, of 2021 N. Raggedy Ann Road, Cromwell, arrested for probation violation. No bond set. • 1:09 p.m. Monday – Joshua Jay McVicker, 45, Hartford City, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $259. • 1:36 p.m. Monday – Chelsie Elayne Staples, 22, of 920 Anchorage Road, #22, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000. • 4:46 p.m. Monday – Damian Scott Feller, 38, of 8960 E. Hatchery Road, #7, Syracuse, arrested for drug court violation. No bond set. • 6:01 p.m. Monday – Ashley Ann King, 32, of 920 Anchorage Road, #106, Warsaw, arrested for two counts failure to appear. Bond: $1,712.50 • 8:17 p.m. Monday – Brandon Issiah Rodriguez, 23, of 1301 Lakeview Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $400. • 8:44 p.m. Monday – Jose Salas, 50, of 616 N. Park?Ave., Warsaw, arrested for false informing. Bond; $5,000. • 9:25 p.m. Monday – Cole Robert Fatchett, 25, of 721 Ross Ave., Warsaw, arrested on two counts two failure to appear and failure to comply. Bond: $283.

Meth Dealer Busted

SYRACUSE - Syracuse Police Department, along with the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force, arrested a Pierceton man Thursday afternoon for dealing and manufacturing methamphetamine.

County Car Dealer Faces Tax Charges

Kolin J.Young, owner of Kol's Auto Sales in Warsaw, was arrested June 6 on 27 counts of failure to remit sales tax and one count of theft.All 28 counts are Class D felonies.Each Class D felony carries a maximum penalty of three years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine. Young, a Kosciusko County resident, was arrested after the Indiana Department of Revenue's Criminal Investigation Division filed charges with the Kosciusko County Prosecuting Attorney's Office as a result of an investigation into the auto dealer's business practices. Young is alleged to have collected more than $20,000 in sales tax from his customers but failed to remit those taxes to the state.

A 19-year-old North Manchester man was arrested Saturday after apparently staging an armed robbery.

At 4:15 a.m. Friday morning an employee of Bison Manufacturing noticed that $30,000 to $50,000 of merchandise was missing from storage areas at the business.
