NAPPANEE – Robert Allen Walters Sr., 76, of 702 E. Marion St., Nappanee, died at 8:15 a.m. April 28, 2012, in his residence, from pancreatic cancer.
Evelyn Juanita CombsCHURUBUSCO – Evelyn Juanita Combs, 78, formerly of Garrett, died at 6:37 a.m. Jan. 27, 2012, in St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was hospitalized for the past six weeks, and had been taken to the hospital from Warsaw Meadows Care Center, where she had been a resident for nearly two years.
MENTONE – Donald K. “Pete” Peterson, 78, of Yale Street, Mentone, died at 2:55 p.m. June 3, 2012, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
BREMEN – David J. Allen, 73, of Morris, Ill., and formerly of Bremen and Yellow Creek Lake Church of God Camp Ground, died June 14, 2012, in Walnut Grove Nursing Home, Morris.
SYRACUSE – Dora Ellen Burkholder, 82, of Syracuse, and formerly of New Paris, died at 1:50 p.m. Jan. 28, 2012, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Syracuse.
