Cutie Parade
With over 60 entries in the North Webster Mermaid Festival Cutie Parade Wednesday evening, it wasn’t easy for spectators to pick a favorite. The theme this year was “The American Dream,” and there were a number of interesting takes in the three categories of the parade - walking, hand-drawn and motorized.
