The Kosciusko Runners’ Association (KRA) has undergone some tough times over the last couple of years. The organization almost shut down entirely during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the group has made a comeback and will be putting on a variety of races this fall.

Warsaw Starts Strong But Can’t Finish Off Penn
Facing off against perennial sectional opponent Penn, Warsaw volleyball began the game by firing on all cylinders. The team easily captured the first two sets before running into trouble in the form of a Kingsmen comeback. Penn would win the next three sets and eventually the match 3-2.

Grace’s women’s soccer team began the 2022 campaign by collecting their first win of the year.
Manchester Bests Wawasee In Local Matchup
In an early season, non-conference matchup between two Kosciusko County girls soccer teams, it was the Lady Squires of Manchester that defeated the Warriors of Wawasee 3-0 to pick up their first win of the season. The win improves Manchester’s record to 1-1-1, while Wawasee falls to 0-2-2.
