The Warsaw Tigers hosted the Huntington North Vikings in a softball doubleheader where the guests captured two five-inning IHSAA mercy rule wins 14-2, and 15-2 Saturday at the Tiger Softball Complex.

The 2022 Max Truex Invitational is a meet honoring the Warsaw native who was an Olympian runner and record holder formatted to evaluate the team depth of the customary eight or nine competing squads. Most of these squads make deep runs at regional and state level.
Tiger Softball Drops Fifth Straight 14-3
The Warsaw Tigers softball team suffered its fifth loss in five days in Friday night’s Northern Lakes Conference (NLC) clash 14-3 at the hands of the Concord Minutemen. The most recent loss among the five-game skid puts the Tigers at 1-5 in the NLC and 3-8 overall.

The Warsaw Tigers hosted Times-Union area Northern Lakes Conference (NLC) foe Wawasee along with Northridge for Senior Night in a double-dual meet resulting in wins by the Tigers over the Wawasee Warriors 123-9, and over the Northridge Raiders 87-45.
Tiger Softball’s 5-Run Sixth Clinches 9-3 NLC Win
The Warsaw Tigers softball team padded their 4-0 lead over the Plymouth Pilgrims with a five-run sixth inning to move to 1-1 in the Northern Lakes Conference (NLC), and 3-3 overall with a 9-3 win at the Tiger Softball Complex Friday night.
