NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING
THE TOWN OF ETNA GREEN SEWAGE UTILITY
Property owners of the Town of Etna Green, Indiana, rate payers and other interested parties in or to be served by the sewage utility of the Town of Etna Green are hereby notified that an ordinance increasing rates and charges for services rendered by the sewage utility was introduced at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Etna Green held on May 13, 2025. The proposed new rates are as follows:

The Town Council will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, to consider rate increases and the potential adoption of a rate increase ordinance. This public hearing will be held at the Etna Green Town Hall, 106 South Walnut Street, Etna Green, Indiana
46524.
At such hearing and prior to final adoption of said ordinance, all interested parties may appear and be heard. Written comments filed with the Etna Green Clerk Treasurer prior to the public hearing will be considered. Written comments can be submitted to [email protected] or mailed to P.O. Box #183, Etna Green, Indiana 46524. Letters may also be submitted. The public hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary. A copy of the proposed ordinance may be examined in the office of the Clerk Treasurer, 574-858-9321, at the Etna Green Town Hall, 106 South Walnut Street, Etna Green, Indiana 46524.
