• 11 a.m. Thursday - 3555 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit parked vehicle registered to Nelsaint J. Vil, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Driver: George F. Smith, 64, Greene Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Smith suffered a medical episode and was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
