Bookings
The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 4:15 p.m. Thursday - Amber Marie Frost, 28, of 501 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $7,500.
• 8:34 p.m. Thursday - Brandon Robert Chambers, 30, Fort Wayne, arrested for disorderly public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $400.
• 12:34 a.m. Friday - Terry L. Shumpert, 69, of 4338 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:13 p.m. May 5 - Intersection of West CR 900N and North CR 425W, Milford. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Alexis Steg, 17, West Country Drive, Leesburg; Gregory Hile, 53, North Kern Road, Syracuse. Injuries: Steg complained of shoulder/upper arm pain; Hile complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 3:57 p.m. May 10 - Intersection of North Fox Farm Road and North CR 150W, Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Shana N. Niccum, 26, Hartzler Street, Warsaw; Michael F. Wilson, 42, East CR 250S, Warsaw. Injuries: Niccum had an abrasion to the chest; Wilson complained of shoulder/upper arm pain; a passenger in Niccum’s vehicle, Felix Delgado, 5, Hartzler Street, Warsaw, complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 2:28 p.m. Wednesday - South CR 600E, 500 feet south of East CR 900S, Claypool. SUV lost control of vehicle and exited road. Driver: Nyia J. Thompson, 16, South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Passenger Brennon W. Smith, 16, Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, was ejected from the vehicle and hit utility pole; Smith complained of pain to the entire body. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6 a.m. Wednesday - Ind. 15, 700 feet south of Hill Lake Road, Claypool. Minivan hit deer. Driver: Ranea A. Pontius, 37, Argos. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 6:31 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and CR 400N, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Erik G. Toth, 51, Goshen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

Incidents
• 11:05 a.m. Thursday - A death investigation was opened in the 3500 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:45 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia in the 1700 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:06 p.m. Thursday - Clothes were reported stolen in the 100 block of East Carroll Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 12:15 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for disorderly public intoxication by alcohol/drugs in the 2800 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:21 a.m. Friday - A death investigation was opened in the 7600 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. KCSO.
