• 12:15 p.m. Monday - Jeremy Steven Young, 45, of 208 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3 p.m. Monday - Dustin Thomas Coffelt, 39, Columbia City, arrested for felony theft and theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $7,500.
• 4:06 p.m. Monday - Melvin Ray Yoder, 37, Bristol, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 4:09 p.m. Monday - Michael David Price, 31, Riverdale, Ill., arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:34 p.m. Monday - Richard D. Hemphill, 32, Riverdale, Ill., arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:16 p.m. Monday - Braydon Troy Lowe, 24, Wabash, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in body - first offense. Bond: $600.
• 3:16 a.m. Tuesday - Amanda Marie Patrick, 47, of 1038 E. North Winds Drive, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 4:31 a.m. Tuesday - Kyle William Hamman, 26, of 4416 W. CR 525S, Claypool, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of a controlled substance and invasion of privacy. No bond set.
• 1 p.m. Tuesday - Colt Anthony Johnson, 32, of 402 S. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $12,500.
• 1:12 p.m. Tuesday - Khori L. Potts, 18, Huntington, arrested for rape. Bond: $25,250.

• 3:37 p.m. Friday - Intersection of East CR 500N and North CR 700E, Leesburg. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Michael Montgomery, 82, North Stonebruner Road, Warsaw; John Rubrake, 32, Columbia City. Injury: Montgomery had severe bleeding to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:12 p.m. Monday - An animal bite was reported in the 1300 block of South CR 250E, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 10:20 p.m. Monday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1:56 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash in the 3400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
