Nerf Battles Are June 11

Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will host Nerf Battles Wednesday, June 11 at the Pete Thorn Gym, 800 N. Park Ave., Warsaw.
All ages are welcome, and cost is $4 per person.
Mom vs. Son Battles will be 10 to 11 a.m. and 5 to 6 p.m.
Family Battles will be 1 to and 7 to 8 p.m.
Who will reign supreme — Parents or the kids?
Join the Parks Department for an action-packed, laugh-out-loud Nerf battle where it’s every mom (and dad) for themselves, according to a provided news release.
Families team up or split up — it's game on in the ultimate foam dart showdown. Whether you’re dodging darts or leading the charge, this is a family showdown you won't want to miss.
Moms, dads, sons, daughters — everyone is welcome. Let the foam fly!
The Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will supply all the darts for each one-hour battle, along with eye protection for all. You will be responsible to bring your own Nerf gun; however, no battery-operated Nerf guns will be allowed.
Registration is required and will be open May 12 through June 6, unless filled. There is a max of 20 participants per time slot.
