Legal Notice of Public Hearing
Of the City of Warsaw Redevelopment Commission
Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-23
To Enter Into A Public-Private BOT Agreement
Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Redevelopment Commission (the “Commission”) will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (local time) in the Council Chambers of City Hall, which is located at 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana to review the proposal and agreement for the design, acquisition, construction, installation, operation, equipping and transfer to the Commission of a new building and related facilities for use by the Street Department of the City of Warsaw, Indiana (the “Project”) pursuant to Indiana Code 5-23. The purpose of the hearing is to hear the recommendation to members of the Commission to make an award of a public-private agreement for the construction of the Project submitted by Robinson Construction, Inc. The address and telephone number of the Commission is 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, telephone number (574) 385-2222. This hearing is open to the public. The proposal for the Project, and an explanation of the basis upon which the recommendation is being made is available for public inspection and copying at the principal office of the Commission (c/o Jeremy Skinner, Community & Economic Development Director), which is located at 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana during regular business hours.
