• 5:23 p.m. Wednesday - Patricia Jane Combs, 46, of 440 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $700.
• 9:38 p.m. Wednesday - Robert Tyler Boatwright, 34, Greencastle, arrested for felony parole violation. No bond listed.
• 1:58 a.m. Thursday - Braeden Lee Wadkins, 21, of 5919 14th Road, Bourbon, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 10 a.m. Thursday - Brittny Rene Shoudel, 34, Garrett, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $15,250.

• 1:48 p.m. Monday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 800W, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Dale L. Pflibsen, 81, Elkhart; June Harr, 67, Hilliard, Ohio. Injury: Harr complained of neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:41 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Harper Road and East Van Buren Street, Leesburg. Van went into ditch and hit NIPSCO utility pole and street sign. Driver: Jerred S. Kahlenbeck, 49, South Bend. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 4:14 a.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 15, 250 feet south of CR 800N, Leesburg. Car hit deer. Driver: Jose R. Gonzalez Medina, 30, West Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 5:36 a.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 13, 400 feet south of East CR 200N, Pierceton. SUV hit deer. Driver: Michelle Badskey, 62, West CR 350S, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 12:01 p.m. Tuesday - An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 3100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:13 p.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 800 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:47 p.m. Tuesday - A license plate was reported lost in the 300 block of East State Street, Etna Green. KCSO.
• 9:26 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 700 block of Bartol Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:38 p.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 1600 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:49 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 2200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:29 a.m. Wednesday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 2900 block of East Longspur Lane, Warsaw. KCSO.
