Manchester Jr.-Sr. High School Announces Valedictorians And Salutatorian For The Class Of 2025

NORTH MANCHESTER - Manchester Jr.-Sr. High School announced Addison Brubaker, Ayla Cashdollar, Audrey Sanson, Caleb Sautter and Simon Van have been named valedictorians and Kaleb Kline has been named salutatorian for the Class of 2025.  
The graduation ceremony for the Class of 2025 will be May 23 at 7:30 p.m.
Addison Brubaker
Addison Brubaker is the daughter of Brad and Trista Brubaker. Addison has earned a 4.0 GPA during her four years of high school and has been actively involved in the school’s Key Club, National Honor Society, Icarian Plunge and Square One Developers. Addison is a four-year member of the school’s soccer and tennis teams.
In her time away from school, Addison has volunteered her time at the Warsaw Community Church, as a Junior Achievement teacher and at Manchester Elementary School and the Manchester Early Learning Center. Addison also has worked at Metzger Property Services LLC since 2021.
Addison has been recognized for academic excellence for four consecutive years. She earned both the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen Award and the IHSAA C. Eugene Cato Memorial Scholarship in 2025. She is a three-year TRC All-Conference selection in soccer, a two-year selection in tennis, and a two-year Academic All-Conference selection in both sports.
Upon graduation, Addison will be attending Purdue University this upcoming fall semester where she plans on double majoring in finance and Spanish with a minor in art. During her time at Purdue, she plans on obtaining both her real estate brokerage license and her auctioneer’s license as well.
Ayla Cashdollar
Ayla Cashdollar is the daughter of Kim Reinoehl and Brian Cashdollar. Along with carrying a 4.0 GPA through her four years of high school, Ayla is a member of the school’s National Honor Society and manages The Bean, the school’s coffee shop.
Ayla also is a four-year participant in cross country and track. Away from school, she is involved with her church Youth Group. She also works at Timbercrest Senior Living Center as a waitress.
Ayla has earned academic excellence recognition as well as High Honor Roll status all four years of high school. She has been a scholar athlete since 2021. In 2024, Ayla earned an English award and was the Student of the Year in Spanish. She is a four-time TRC All-Conference selection in cross country. She is the school’s record holder in cross country and earned a trip to the state finals both her Junior and Senior years. As a result of the success she experienced in cross country, she earned IATCCC All-State honors her final two years in the sport.
After high school, Ayla plans on continuing her education at Manchester University to major in psychology.
Audrey Sanson
Audrey Sanson is the daughter of Alison Matheny and Eric Sanson. Audrey has participated in the school’s National Honor Society and Key Club. Audrey is a three-year participant in tennis and has been involved with choir all four years of high school. She is actively involved with the Trinity United Methodist Church in her spare time away from school. Audrey also works as a shipping clerk at Calfcare in North Manchester.
She has carried a 4.0 cumulative GPA and has been recognized for academic excellence and high honor roll status for four consecutive years. At various times from 2022-24, Audrey has been recognized as the top student in the following courses: chemistry, geometry, Spanish (three consecutive years), pre-calculus and trigonometry and AP biology. Audrey was also recognized as the Fire and Grit award winner in tennis in 2024.
Audrey will attend Purdue University in the fall semester of 2025 to major in food science or engineering and minor in Spanish.
Caleb Sautter
Caleb Sautter is the son of Nathan and Carrie Sautter. Caleb carries a 4.0 cumulative GPA and has been actively involved in numerous school activities: soccer, golf, Science Olympiad, Key Club, National Honor Society, HABL project and the NASA Student Outlook project.
Away from school, Caleb has volunteered his time for his church through activities such as his Youth Group, Youth Camp, Youth Camp Council, work trips and fundraising. During the summer months, Caleb also worked at the Peabody Aquatic Center as a camp counselor.
Caleb earned academic excellence and high honor roll status all four years of high school. In 2023, Caleb was recognized as the Science Student of the Year. He is a three-time Science Olympiad state medalist and in 2025 was on the team that finished in first place. Caleb is a three-time Academic All-Conference selection and earned an All-Conference selection in soccer his senior year. Caleb has earned a Squire Award twice and has also been selected as a Rotary Mental Attitude Award winner as well.
After receiving his high school diploma from Manchester Jr.-Sr. High School, Caleb will attend Purdue University for the fall semester of 2025 to study aerospace engineering.
Simon Van
Simon Van is the son of Katie and Michael Van. In his four years of high school, Simon has been involved in Key Club, National Honor Society, Science Olympiad and NASA Student Outlook. He has also participated as a student-athlete in soccer and track for four years. Away from school, Simon works at Clearview Windows as a cleaner. He has also served the North Manchester community as a member of the street department.
Aside from carrying a cumulative GPA of 4.0 through his high school career, Simon has earned High Honor roll status for four consecutive years. He has also been a four-year TRC Academic All-Conference selection as well. Simon was recognized as the Science Student of the Year. As a member of the school’s Science Olympiad, he was a part of the teams that earned a first place finish in the state in the Bridge and Bungee Drop competitions.
For the fall semester of 2025, Simon will be enrolling at Purdue University to study aerospace engineering.
Kaleb Kline
Kaleb Kline is the son of Duane and Rickell Kline. In his four years of high school, Kaleb ended up with a cumulative GPA of 3.9603. He is a National Honor Society member as well as an active participant in the Future Farmers of America. Kaleb also competed for four years in both football and basketball. Kaleb’s interests in agriculture extended into 4-H where he was a 10-year member. Kaleb is a member of the South Pleasant Church and has also been employed at Triple K Livestock and Kline Lawn Care.
Kaleb has earned Academic Excellence all four years of high school and was a Squire Award Winner in 2024 and 2025. Through the Manchester FFA, he recently earned his state degree. In basketball, Kaleb was a two-time Academic All-Conference selection and earned honorable mention accolades in 2024-2025. Kaleb was also an IBCA Academic All-State Honorable Mention selection for the 2024-2025 season. Kaleb was a valuable contributor on the boys basketball team that won the Class 2A State Championship. As a result of this state championship run, Kaleb earned the prestigious Arthur L. Trester IHSAA Mental Attitude Award.
After earning his high school diploma, Kaleb will enter Purdue University for the fall semester and study either animal science or ag business.
