• 9:25 a.m. Friday - Justin Martin Lesniewski, 49, Maple Park, Ill., arrested for felony failure to appear and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 10:28 a.m. Friday - Joseph Alan Sarber, 38, Kalamazoo, Mich., arrested on two charges of child molestation and child molestation - fondling or touching a child less than 14. Bond: $100,250.
• 12:27 p.m. Friday - Gary Donald Heyne, 64, Celina, Ohio, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 7:15 p.m. Friday - Kandice Ranae Ferguson, 22, of 9546 E. Wawasee Lane, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:50 a.m. Saturday - Alexia Chantel Emahiser, 30, of 502 W. Brooklyn St., #113, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:30 p.m. Saturday - Jordan Zachary Coffman, 36, of 451 W. Walnut St., Nappanee, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 6:25 a.m. Saturday - Michael Shawn Stewart, 48, of 5193 E. Washington Road, Pierceton, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:36 a.m. Saturday - Isreael Davis, 27, Chicago, arrested for possession of stolen property and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:41 a.m. Saturday - Shaquetta Marie Capps, 31, South Holland, Ill., arrested for possession of stolen property and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 11:17 a.m. Saturday - James Lee Lott, 32, Chicago, arrested for possession of stolen property and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 12:22 p.m. Saturday - Aaron Edward Torbet, 44, of 4361 E. Duffy Drive, Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 6:56 a.m. Sunday - Steven Michael Smith, 41, Angola, arrested for refusal to identify self while stopped and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 3:13 a.m Saturday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and leaving the scene of a property damage crash in the 9900 block of North Ind. 13, Syracuse. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 8:26 p.m. Saturday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:43 a.m. Sunday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 3700 block of West Old U.S. 30, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
