SOUTH BEND – In celebration of National Nurses Week, McDonald’s restaurants across Indiana, Southwest Michigan and Eastern Illinois are recognizing the dedication and impact of nurses by offering them a token of appreciation.
From May 6 to May 12, 2025, participating McDonald’s locations in Indiana will offer one free any-size beverage per day to all active nurses who show valid credentials.
Whether it’s a hot McCafé® coffee to start a long shift or a cold soft drink to recharge mid-day, the offer is available all week long to thank nurses for their tireless work and compassionate care, according to a news release from McDonald’s.
“Nurses are the heartbeat of our healthcare system,” said James Negre, a McDonald’s owner/operator in South Bend. “Their strength, compassion and commitment to our communities inspire us every day. This is just one small way we can say thank you and let them know how much we appreciate everything they do.”
This special promotion is valid at participating McDonald’s restaurants throughout Indiana and Southwest Michigan. To redeem, nurses simply need to show a valid healthcare ID or nursing credentials at the counter or drive-thru. Limit one free beverage per nurse per day.
National Nurses Week is observed each year from May 6 to May 12 to celebrate and recognize the vital role nurses play in patient care, public health and beyond.
