• 5 p.m. Tuesday - Angel P. Palacios-Baez, 44, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #199, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 12:05 p.m. Wednesday - Bobby Lewis Peck, 61, Elkhart, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9 a.m. April 23 - Intersection of West Wood Duck Drive and South Lakeshore Drive, Palestine. Car left roadway and overturned. Driver: Vice A. Cunningham, 19, Rochester. Injury: Cunningham was unconscious. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 3 p.m. April 24 - North Ind. 13, 1,000 feet south of East CR 150N, Pierceton. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Jada Baker, 17, New Paris; Lonnie Bolinger, 61, West High Street, Syracuse. Injury: Bolinger complained of neck pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 9:43 p.m. Tuesday - Suspicious activity was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
