By virtue of a certified copy of a Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure (“Decree”) to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2412-MF-000115 wherein Jody Martin was Plaintiff, and Kelsey Cygan was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24 day of June, 2025, at the hour of 10am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the following real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
Lot Number One Hundred Nine (109) in Strombeck and Weaver’s Second Addition to the Town of Syracuse, according to the Plat thereof in the Recorder’s Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
