NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE
AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
By virtue of a certified copy of Decree of Foreclosure to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2410-MF-000084, wherein Lake City Bank is Plaintiff, and Jacqueline Hatcher, Musquabuck Potawatomi Reserve Trust, and Jason Frazier are the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 24th day of June, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day as listed above, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
Tract I: A tract of land beginning at a point on the North side of Main Street in the Village of Oswego in line with the center of 1st Street in said Village; running thence North 3 rods, more or less, to the edge of Tippecanoe River; thence West and South along the South Bank of said river 7 rods; thence South 3 rods, more or less, to the Leesburg and North Webster Road; thence East 7 rods along said road to the place of beginning.
Tract II: Beginning at a point on the North side of Main Street in the Village of Oswego on a line with the center of 1st Street in said Village; running thence East 50 feet along the North side of Main Street; thence North to the South edge of the Tippecanoe River; thence West 50 feet; thence South to the place of beginning.
Tract III:
Commencing at a point on the North boundary line of Main Street in the Village of Oswego, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, determined by projecting and extending the middle line of 1st Street in the Village of Oswego directly North across and to the North boundary of said Main Street as a point of beginning; thence East 50 feet; thence South 8 feet; thence West 80 feet; thence North 8 feet; thence East 30 feet to the point of beginning.
