Luna.tech's name is based off the Latin word for moon, said new owner Drew Etner.
"Just like the moon is out (during the daytime and) we can't see it at this moment, but it's there, our clients may not see us, but we're always there taking care of them and their needs," he said.
The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon-cutting on Wednesday at its office for Etner taking full ownership of Luna.tech.
He said the tech support business based out of Winona Lake started as Redwood IT in 2004, with him joining in 2006.
"In 2017, we rebranded to Luna.tech," said Etner. He became a part owner in 2021 and sole owner in October.
Etner's brother, Philip Etner, serves as a part-time Level 1 technician for Luna.tech.
The company works with "small- to medium-sized businesses and nonprofits, taking care of their computers and their networks," said Drew. "Typically those businesses don't have more than 10 computers."
Luna.tech also creates and hosts websites, specializing in churches and nonprofits.
He said people only need to pay "a very low, flat monthly fee ... for unlimited support."
"We're very responsive. Our service level agreement says within four hours, but we average 25 minutes or less," said Drew.
