If you are a coachable leader who wants to integrate faith in all aspects of life, you want to impact the lives of your team members and feel there is untapped potential within yourself and those you lead, then Leaders On Fire may offer the coaching you’re looking for.
Drew Scholl, founder and CEO of Leaders On Fire, explained, “Leaders On Fire is a coaching company and we equip business leaders to go all in integrating Jesus into their leadership.”
They’ve been in existence for about a year, and Tuesday they had a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce.
The name Leaders On Fire comes from a couple different things, but Scholl said, “One is when somebody has embraced fully who they are as a leader and they’re living a fully integrated life, meaning they’ve not compartmentalized their faith and their work life. Their faith and their work life and their life outside of work, it’s all integrated. So when somebody becomes fully integrated, and they’re who God designed them to be, they’re on fire. They’re on fire for the Lord, they’re on fire for transformational change. That’s what we call a Leader On Fire.”
Leaders On Fire has an online learning platform that they call the LoFi Platform, which is one way they engage with clients.
“And then we do group coaching sessions. We’ve got a weekly group coaching call that we call Ignite Community, and leaders hop on that call and they do group coaching. We do teacher content we coach, and then we have executive one-on-one coaching and roundtables. So those are the ways that we provide the services,” Scholl said.
They work with large and small companies, and in some cases they do custom work.
“Some people come in and do different trainings and workshops that are really tailored to their leadership development needs within their company,” he said. “So we help all kinds. Sometimes it’s just a one-on-one leader, sometimes we’re working with a team of leaders within an organization. Sometimes we’re working with a company and their initiatives.”
As part of Leaders On Fire’s mission, Scholl said there’s three things they say they do: Help leaders transform culture, elevate team performance and create purposeful profit.
“Those would be the outcome of working with us,” he said.
Scholl spent over 20 years at Wildman Business Group as one of the co-owners, spending many years in executive and senior leadership. He felt the call to step out and help other leaders do a lot of the things that had taken place at Wildman.
He also served as a missionary overseas for three years.
“After I came back from the mission field, learning to integrate faith, missions into the marketplace, it was really a big call that I felt. And so, the business piece of it is where I cut my teeth for many years in leadership,” Scholl said.
“The other thing that’s worth noting, part of the reason I launched this, is I wrote a book called ‘All In,’ and that’s really the backbone behind what we’re doing. We use the book as really a catalyst for that change. So the book is part of the content that we teach. I do keynotes and speaking around that,” Scholl said, noting the book is available on Amazon and other places.
Leaders On Fire is currently a team of five, including another coach and marketing department.
Besides working on another book, Scholl said the long-term vision for Leaders On Fire is that they want to see a marketplace revival that is “redeeming lives and transforming communities. That’s our vision. So, ultimately, we want to be able to create this change in the marketplace for good that’s a catalyst for transformation, for real-life change, and that people are thriving and living as God has designed them to be.”
He said they envision growing Leaders On Fire and have some aggressive goals to continue doing that and adding coaches. They want to continue growing their team to provide those services nationwide.
“So we’re trying to create a marketing engine and a structure for coaches to tie into that pretty much anywhere in the country. So we’re building a platform to be able to do that. So starting right here in the community in Warsaw, because that’s where we’re all from, and then expanding that out nationally,” he said.
Leaders On Fire on March 17 hosted best-selling author, international speaker and leadership guru Dr. Tim Elmore at Grace College. They’ll be hosting the Global Leadership Summit in August at Warsaw Community Church.
“So there’s events like that, that we’re bringing in to the community, that benefit a lot of people,” he said, adding they’ll be doing more events like that in the future.
