• 1:41 p.m. Friday - Benson Duboise Burton, 39, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:10 p.m. Friday - David C. Bogner, 35, of 962 W. CR 600S, Claypool, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 3:47 p.m. Friday - Marco Iran Guzman, 36, of 123 E. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:29 p.m. Friday - Sergio Raymond Goff Jr., 27, of 601 Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 1:33 a.m. Saturday - Hector Santiago, 48, of 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond; $700.
• 4:02 a.m. Saturday - Drake Wayne Harris, 23, of 1824 Michaels St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:03 a.m. Saturday - Ethan Daniel Colvin, 24, Wabash, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.
• 8:49 a.m. Saturday - James Franklin Osborne, 50, of 221 N. Columbia St., #F, Warsaw, arrested domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 5:37 p.m. Saturday - Jasmin Marisol Triana, 22, Goshen, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

• 9:59 a.m. Friday - A death investigation was opened in the 300 block of East High Street, Atwood. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 12:24 p.m. Friday - A death investigation was opened in the 500 block of North Parks Schram Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 12:46 p.m. Friday - Residential entry was reported in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 1:04 p.m. Friday - A warrant was served in the 2900 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1:34 p.m. Friday - A warrant was served in the 11900 block of South Ind. 14, Akron. KCSO.
• 2:13 p.m. Friday - A jacket was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:13 p.m. Friday - Intimidation was reported in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Warsaw Falls To Carroll In First Home Boys Volleyball Game
History was made at the Tiger Den on Tuesday night, as for the first time in school history, a boys volleyball team took the floor for a home game. One of two new IHSAA-recognized sports for the 2024-25 school year, boys volleyball made its debut in Kosciusko County as Warsaw hosted Carroll. Each game was close, but it was the Chargers that left town with a 3-0 win.
