• 3:47 p.m. Friday - Marco Iran Guzman, 36, of 123 E. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:29 p.m. Friday - Sergio Raymond Goff Jr., 27, of 601 Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 1:33 a.m. Saturday - Hector Santiago, 48, of 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond; $700.
• 4:02 a.m. Saturday - Drake Wayne Harris, 23, of 1824 Michaels St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:03 a.m. Saturday - Ethan Daniel Colvin, 24, Wabash, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.
• 8:49 a.m. Saturday - James Franklin Osborne, 50, of 221 N. Columbia St., #F, Warsaw, arrested domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 5:37 p.m. Saturday - Jasmin Marisol Triana, 22, Goshen, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

• 12:24 p.m. Friday - A death investigation was opened in the 500 block of North Parks Schram Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 12:46 p.m. Friday - Residential entry was reported in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 1:04 p.m. Friday - A warrant was served in the 2900 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1:34 p.m. Friday - A warrant was served in the 11900 block of South Ind. 14, Akron. KCSO.
• 2:13 p.m. Friday - A jacket was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:13 p.m. Friday - Intimidation was reported in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:39 a.m. Saturday - A person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:48 a.m. Saturday - A traffic stop was initiated for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 100 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:56 a.m. Saturday - Money was reported found in the 300 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4 a.m. Saturday - Domestic battery with moderate bodily injury was reported in the 2500 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw. KCSO.
