The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1 p.m. Wednesday - Dylan Lee Webster, 30, Muncie, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $5,250.
• 2 p.m. Wednesday - Tony Alan Wallace Jr., 25, of 622 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for a drug court violation. No bond set.
•3:40 p.m. Wednesday - Katrina Sue O’Brien, 24, of 5205 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton, arrested for dealing cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $15,250.
• 4:16 p.m. Wednesday - Ashley A. Schrock, 38, of 14 EMS B3B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:45 p.m. Wednesday - Kevin A. Rodolfo Juan, 23, of 208 S. James St., Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and reckless driving. Bond: $500.
• 8:30 p.m. Wednesday - Lawrence Andrew Woods Jr., 34, of 502 Chinworth Court, #B, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond; $700.

• 1 p.m. Tuesday - 1200 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit parked vehicle; registration information not listed. Damage: $1,000-$2,5000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:57 a.m. Wednesday – 330 E. Center St., Warsaw. Driver: Eric J. Hiers, 71, West Main Street, Mentone. SUV went over a curb, hitting a news rack box owned by the Times-Union. Damage under $1,000.
• 3:20 p.m. Wednesday - 1200 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Car hit tree. Driver: Ethel L. Anderson, 91, Baythorne Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 8:30 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of West Winona Avenue and South Lake Street, Warsaw. Car went off an embankment, hit rock and came to rest against building. Driver: Callie C. Wynn, 26, West Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 3:07 p.m. Wednesday - A person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 2800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:15 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 3300 block of Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:43 p.m. Wednesday - A person operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 1400 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:52 p.m. Wednesday - Invasion of privacy and intimidation were reported in the 600 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:35 a.m. Thursday - A death investigation was opened in the 3300 block of Old Colony Road, Warsaw. WPD.
