Fourteen people were arrested March 15-19 on drug-related charges by the Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET 43) and multiple law enforcement agencies’ officers on warrants after months of surveillance and undercover operations.
A news release provided by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office for NET 43 also indicated warrants were issued on 10 additional people.
The following people were arrested, according to the release:
• Matthew Manges, 39, Syracuse, two counts of dealing methamphetamine, level 4 and level 2 felonies; two counts of possession of methamphetamine, level 6 and 4 felonies; with a bond set at $30,000 surety and $250 cash or $32,500, 10% cash.
He also was arrested for dealing methamphetamine, level 2 felony, and possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony, with a bond set at $25,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Cary Duane Walls, 51, Etna Green, two counts of dealing methamphetamine, level 3 and 4 felonies; two counts of possession of methamphetamine, level 5 and 6 felonies; two counts of dealing methamphetamines with enhancing circumstances, level 2 and 3 felonies; and two counts of possession of methamphetamines with enhancing circumstances, level 4 and 5 felonies. Bond was set at $25,000 surety and $1,000 cash or $35,000, 10% cash.
• Cory Eugene Iden, 41, Syracuse, dealing methamphetamine, level 2 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony. His bond was set at $25,000 surety and $250 cash, or $27,500, 10% cash.
• Christian Michael McQuade, 31, Warsaw, dealing methamphetamine, level 2 felony, and possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony. Bond was set at $25,000 surety and $250 cash or $27,500, 10% cash.
• Tyler James Hanish, 32, Claypool, dealing in a fentanyl-containing substance more than 1 gram with enhancing circumstances, a level 3 felony; possession of a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstances, a level 5 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $25,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Jaimee Nichole Marshall, 29, Burket, possession of a syringe, a level 6 felony, with bond set at $7,500, 10% cash.
• Robin Michelle Smith, 40, Warsaw, possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $7,500, 10% cash.
• Timothy Alan Elliott, 40, North Webster, dealing methamphetamine, level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 5 felony; dealing methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, level 2 felony; and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a level 4 felony. Bond was set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash or $22,500, 10% cash.
• Aaron Charles McDaniel, 53, North Webster, maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana with a sentence enhancement, a level 6 felony. Bond was set at $7,500.
• Kristi Kay Loftis, 46, North Webster, maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $7,5000, 10% cash.
• Amanda Joy Justice, 42, Kewanna, dealing methamphetamine, level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 5 felony. Bond was set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash or $22,500, 10% cash.
• Tabitha Marie Cartwright, 32, North Webster, two counts of dealing methamphetamine, level 4 and 5 felonies; and two counts of possession of methamphetamine, both level 6 felonies. Bond was set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Hayle Doty, 36, Syracuse, possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony; possession of a syringe, level 6 felony; counterfeiting, level 6 felony; resisting law enforcement, class A misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a level 5 felony. Bond was set at $17,5000, 10% cash.
• Katrina Sue Obrien, 24, Warsaw, dealing in a fentanyl-containing substance more than 1 gram, a level 4 felony; and possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony. Bond was set at $15,000 surety and $250 cash.

• Brandon Lewis Jones, 35, Columbia City, possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; and visiting a common nuisance, a class B misdemeanor. Bond is set at $500.
• Matthew John Milton, 28, Nappanee, dealing methamphetamine, level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 5 felony; dealing methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, level 2 felony; and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, level 4 felony. Bond was set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash or $22,5000, 10% cash.
• Abigail Lee Pifer, 48, Warsaw, possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $10,000 surety and $250 cash or $12,500, 10% cash.
• Lydon John Smith, 39, Warsaw, dealing methamphetamine, level 3 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, level 5 felony. Bond was set at $17,500, 10% cash.
• Cory Andrew Walton, 31, Columbia City, dealing methamphetamine, level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; dealing methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, level 3 felony; and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, level 5 felony. Bond was set at $15,000 surety and $250 cash or $17,500, 10% cash.
• Jason A. Waikel, 46, Warsaw, dealing methamphetamine, level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony; possession of cocaine, level 6 felony; possession of a syringe, level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $25,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Marcus Brent Lemaster, 53, Warsaw, dealing methamphetamine, level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; dealing methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, level 3 felony; and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, level 5 felony. Bond was set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Morgan A. Noe, 34, North Webster, possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $7,500, 10% cash.
• Douglas Patrick Watkins, 45, North Webster, dealing a narcotic drug, level 5 felony; dealing methamphetamine, level 5 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony. Bond was set at $17,500, 10% cash.
• Hailey K. Templeton, 41, Winona Lake, possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony. Bond was set at $7,500, 10% cash.
