Warsaw Adult Education announced its 2025 graduation ceremony, celebrating the achievements of students who have successfully completed their high school equivalency and English language learning programs.
The event will take place on June 20 at 6 p.m. at the Warsaw Community High School Performing Arts Center (PAC). Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for a networking opportunity, according to a news release from Warsaw Adult Education.
This year’s ceremony will highlight the hard work and perseverance of graduates who have overcome challenges to further their education and create new opportunities for themselves and their families, stated the release. A special recognition will also be given to English language learners who have demonstrated dedication in their studies.
Warsaw Adult Education will welcome Dr. Jerry Haffner as the keynote speaker for the evening. Haffner, who recently retired as the division director for adult education in Indiana, has been a champion for adult learners and lifelong education throughout his career, according to the release.
“This ceremony is a testament to the resilience and determination of our students,” said Leo Patiño, director of Warsaw Adult Education. “Each graduate has a unique journey, and we are thrilled to celebrate their success alongside family, friends, and community supporters.”
Community members, local leaders and supporters of adult education are encouraged to attend and celebrate this momentous occasion. Guests are asked to RSVP in advance.
