• 10:23 p.m. Monday - Wendy Marie Martinez, 47, Indianapolis, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:14 a.m. Tuesday - Weston Eugene Bradley, 38, of 106 N. Washington St., #A, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.
