After five  years of service, Scott Wiley, member relations manager for the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, will be retiring from his full-time role at the end of March.
While his full-time chapter is coming to a close, he will continue to contribute to the chamber on a part-time basis. His ongoing support will ensure that members continue to receive the excellent service and care they have come to expect, according to a news release from the chamber.
Rob Parker, president and CEO, said, “It’s been an absolute privilege to work alongside Scott for the past five years. His dedication to our members, our community, and the chamber has been invaluable, and while we will miss him in a full-time capacity, we’re grateful that he will continue to be a part of our team part-time.”
The Kosciusko Chamber is now seeking an individual to fill the full-time member relations role. This key role will play a pivotal part in supporting the chamber’s members, while helping to attract and retain new members. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service, relationship-building and an ability to drive membership growth, the release states.
The member relations manager helps the chamber achieve its goals in membership, sponsorships and member retention. They also serve as the primary point of contact for member engagement, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction, and fostering partnerships that benefit both the chamber and its members.
Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their applications to [email protected] by Friday, March 21.
