• 4:23 p.m. Tuesday - Mathew B. Manges, 39, of 9778 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, arrested on two charges of manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $55,000.
• 4:29 p.m. Tuesday - Amber Lenn Hobbs, 35, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #146, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $750.
• 5:15 p.m. Tuesday - Justin Jay Morr, 27, Ligonier, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $1,000.
• 7:50 p.m. Tuesday - Quinn Lucas Arriola, 28, of 522 Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 9 p.m. Tuesday - Angel Rios, 18, of 512 Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 11:38 p.m. Tuesday - Joseph Shawn Lyles, 27, Millersburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:36 a.m. Tuesday - John Lynn Schrock, 47, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 3:37 p.m. March 6 - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Lyon Street, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Angel Gonzalez, 40, North CR 175E, Warsaw; Dorothy I. Kline, 65, South Packerton Road, Claypool. Injury: Kline complained of back pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:52 p.m. Tuesday - 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Amy E. Pfeiffer, 47, West CR 800S, Claypool; Linda L. Hile, 75, South Jamestown Court, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 5:28 a.m. Tuesday - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 5200 block of East CR 500N, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:52 a.m. Tuesday - A mental health complaint was reported in the 9800 block of East U.S. 30, Pierceton. WPD.
• 7:25 p.m. Tuesday - A person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 1900 block of Plaza Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:40 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 2000 block of North CR 150W, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:51 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 800 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:31 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior in the 100 block of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. WPD.
