• 12:39 a.m. Tuesday - Marquel Gordon Blakemore, 39, Elkhart, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:07 a.m. Tuesday - Darrin Jacob Karsner, 22, Charlestown, Ind., arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $1,250.
• 3:33 a.m. Tuesday - Cesar Robert Teapila, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. No bond listed.
• 3:33 a.m. Tuesday - Ilana Marie Douglas, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 4:15 a.m. Tuesday - David Russell Bauer, 45, of 11349 S. CR 100E, Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 5:26 p.m. Friday - CR 450N, Leesburg. Two-car collision. Drivers: Briceon C. Reiter, 32, North Lakeridge Drive, Pierceton; Zachary Burke, 20, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Injury: Burke complained of back pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 11:22 a.m. Saturday - West Hepton Road, 350 feet west of North Ind. 19, Nappanee. Horse-and-buggy and a parcel delivery vehicle collided. Drivers: Erwin T. Mast, 46, North CR 900W, Nappanee; Carter T. Misener, 25, Elkhart. Injuries: Mast had a fracture/dislocation to the entire body; passenger in Mast’s vehicle, Timothy A. Mast, 20, North CR 900W, Nappanee, had minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
