Phyllis J. Lakey, of Winona Lake and formerly of Mentone, passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 88.
She was born on Dec. 4, 1936, to Toy and Bell Edwards.
Phyllis is survived by her sons: James Bolling, Andre Lakey and Timothy Lakey; five grandchildren: Brooke, Michael, Shawn, Ciara and Nick; and five great-grandchildren: Mitchell, Sidney, Kaia, Ireland and Fallon. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tammy Bolling; grandson, Nathan Lakey; and siblings: Gill Edwards, Zora Edwards, Jeanette Edwards, Barbara Edwards and Charles Edwards.
