WINONA LAKE – Leaders on Fire, an organization dedicated to equipping business leaders with faith-driven strategies to transform workplace culture, is hosting a special event on March 17 featuring renowned speaker Dr. Tim Elmore.
The event will focus on generational diversity in leadership and will take place at Grace College’s Manahan Orthopedic Capital Center, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Elmore, a best-selling author and expert on generational leadership, will share insights on how to bridge generational gaps, foster collaboration and cultivate high-performing teams in today’s evolving workplace, according to a provided news release from Leaders On Fire.
