• 9:58 a.m. Wednesday - Jose R. Maldonado, 41, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 10:44 a.m. Wednesday - Gerardo Gonzalez Ahualt, 21, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #85, Warsaw, arrested on two charges of invasion of privacy and two charges of felony failure to appear. Bond: $3,000.
• 1 p.m. Wednesday - Randal Lee Kephart, 35, Kendallville, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and misdemeanor probation violation. Bond: $500.
• 1:56 p.m. Wednesday - Allison Elizabeth Kay Brown, 21, Auburn, arrested for violation of a conditional license. Bond: $500.
• 2:21 p.m. Wednesday - Gavin Jack Harris, 23, of 712 E. Rose Lane, Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 11:48 p.m. Thursday - An unresponsive person was reported in the 5500 block of North CR 200E, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
