TOWN OF ETNA GREEN ETNA GREEN, INDIANA
General Notice
Town of Etna Green (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Project: Heritage Park Walking Trail
Construction and installation of an 8-ft wide asphalt trail.
The Town of Etna Green, Indiana is seeking sealed bids in accordance with the contract documents and specifications located at the office of the Etna Green Clerk Treasurer, 106 S. Walnut Street, P. O. Box 183 Etna Green, Indiana 46524 and described herein. Bids shall be submitted to the office of the Etna Green Clerk Treasurer no later than March 31, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
Bids will be publicly opened directly after 4:00 p.m. on March 31, 2025 at the Etna Green Town Hall, 106 S. Walnut St., Etna Green, Indiana 46524. Bids received after 4:00 p.m. on March 31, 2025 will be returned unopened.
The Project includes the following Work:
The general scope of the project consists of building an 8-ft. wide asphalt trail. The work includes earthwork, granular fill, paving, restoration, erosion control, and other related work.
Bids are requested for the aforementioned Project. Bids will be received from a single prime Contract, as shown in the Bid Form.
Bidding documents are on file and can be examined at the office of the Etna Green Clerk Treasurer, 106 S. Walnut Street, P. O. Box 183 Etna Green, Indiana 46524. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Requests for bid packages can be made by email to [email protected] or obtained at the Town of Etna
Green Clerk’s office.
After the owner reviews and awards the contract, a “Notice to Proceed” will be issued to the contract vendor.
Bids must be submitted on the contractor's bid for public work form 96 and enclosed in an envelope marked Town of Etna Green, Heritage Park Walking Trail on the face of the sealed envelope.
The Etna Green Town Council reserves the right to reject all bids.
All interested citizens are invited to attend the public meeting on March 31, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., 106 S. Walnut St., Etna Green, Indiana 46524. If any citizens require special accommodations, such as handicap accessibility or non- English translation services, the Town of Etna Green will provide these provisions if the request is made by March
